Powerball jackpot jumps to $330M - The Star-Ledger

Another Powerball drawing came and went Wednesday night without a jackpot winner, pushing the top prize to $330 million.

Ticket worth $1 million that matched five numbers, but not the Powerball were sold in California, Florida, Idaho, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, according to the multi-state lottery's website.

The cash option for Saturday's drawing will be a minimum of $189 million.

The winning numbers drawn Tuesday were 36-44-49-52-57. The Powerball was 1.

Three tickets sold in New Jersey matched four numbers and the Powerball and are worth $10,000 apiece, officals said.

No one has hit the Powerball jackpot since Christmas night — 14 drawings ago — when mechanic Kevin Carlson won $71.5 million with a ticket he bought in Platte Woods, Mo.
